Worked closely with lenders and appraisers to gain additional
knowledge in these fields.
Have been present on many structural and mechanical inspections
for further knowledge to better prepare all parties, for results
of inspections, to help secure client's position.
Present at all loan applications for my buyers for buyer support

Participated in giving seminars for CUNA Mortgage and several
real estate offices.
Was instrumental in starting home buyers seminars at one of
the largest companies in Madison.
